I thought the little snippet of the “Get Smart” theme was pretty funny.
That’s right. Bay of Pigs. I knew it wasn’t something modern like Abu Ghraib or the War.
That was brilliant! Though, of course, it helps to know that Theron is American, perhaps done purposely for that one line ;).
Oh middleman, you’re such a pussy.
Hey, I’m sending you an email.

Actually, South African.
South African, actually, IIRC.
–Cliffy
PILE-ON!
–Cliffy, again
Cliffy,
You are also a [CENSORED]!
I sent you an e-mail back.
If this is mentioned on the first page I missed it.
The web search engine that is seen when George Sr. is looking for rocket pants is “InfoMOLE”
Damnit I missed it. Does anyone know if they are going to show an encore of these episodes?
They need to get Arrested Development on iTunes!
Tobias being the best giant mole he can be:
“Raar, I have a disregard for local zoning ordinances!”
“This water tower displeases me!”
That was his incorporating George Sr. into the character!
I liked the Eye Of The Tiger type song when Michael and Steve Holt were training, Keep Your Balls In The Air!
And I, for one, would like Charlize Theron to last the entire season. The site of her bobbing her head and foot, playing the banjo, was hot! (Do you know any other songs?)
And of course Rita’s uncle later laments, “Aw, me fags are wet” after falling in the pool in the Tunnel Of Love, Indubitably ride.
And the other “American” playing an Englishman is actually Canadian. I love this show.
I thought the woman was pretending as a monster, but she was just out of vodka"
Observations:
One of the ads in the sidebar was:
“Watch Arrested Development
All good people watch the
best show on TV. Buy the
DVD’s[sic] and Merchandise!
www.ArrestedDevelopment.com”
When he searches for “Jet Pants” it comes up with “Did you mean Jet Packs?”
Yeah, GOB said “Brilliant idea, Steinberg” trying to pile on (with the usual awkward results) after the initial Einstein remark.
And yeah, Bland seems a bit less Ann this year. Poor George Michael. I was kind of hoping they’d reprise the “Peanuts” music when he shuffled out after Third Place Annabelle rejected him. Oh well.
Not in the near future. Next monday is a new 30 minute episode. If you live near me, I can drop my copy off for you.
Ha! I didn’t even hear that dialogue since we were laughing so hard.
Since George Michael already had a nice suit and they made so many James Bond references, we thought they were going to do a Bond gag with George Michael wearing the suit and the jet pack. What they did instead was so much funnier.
Also when Michael was asking her to marry him, on the wall behind them was a framed finger painting with handprints in primary colors.
