Okay. Final scoop is that I won’t have the car tomorrow. I plan on taking Light Rail down to the museum and using the same to get back home.
Kangaroo and Alan–The only issue with this plan is that the Light Rail station is several blocks from the museum to the light rail station (see map). I don’t know how y’all feel about that hike. Also, it’s a buck-sixty for the light rail and it runs every fifteen minutes and take about as long to get to my apartmentd. It’s notably more reliable than city buses and not much more expensive. If you don’t want to hike it, we can always shell out for a cab; it will cost approximately $10-12 for us to get back to mine.

Well, my sweetie came home and informed me that he’ll tell me tomorrow when he gets up. So you’ll know when we/I arrive. Can you feel the tension and mystery???
moi, I’m fine with walking to the rail station. Mostly. I just walk slow and don’t want to be left behind.
I walk for a living. I don’t mind.
Unfortunately, Mrs Geek and Geek Child #2 have both fallen ill, and we will not be able to make it tomorrow. We’ll have to catch up with you all on the next b-more adventure.
I hope they all feel better soon, and the rest of you don’t get it.
Sorry to hear illness has struck – it it’s that virus going around, I had it earlier this week and it’s darned unpleasant – hope everyone gets through it quickly.

First thing I heard this morning, besides the dog being a pest, was “What time do be have to leave?” So I’m thinking there’ll be 2 of us after all. We’ll be taking off from here about 10:30, and barring catastrophic traffic, we’ll be there in plenty of time.
