Very true. One of the clubs (Parksauna Rezidenz) used to be a normal sauna (so without the sex) before the it became a saunaclub. It still has some of the best facilities and food around. If anyone is interesed in ‘just looking’ - it is somewhat near Cologne btw - it might be a good option, since the girls aren’t too aggresive and the facilities (including free beer) are top notch. It is considered somewhat of a retirement home though, with few young bears and not really a party atmosphere.
Good luck with that, but I’d be surprised if it was succesfull. There have been attempts in other places - like the Netherlands - but these clubs quickly deteriorate into overpriced ‘tourist traps’. Well, I usually don’t have much of an opinion about them…as long as they behave in an acceptable manner. Some bears who come in groups may be very loud and obnoctious (especially in combination with alcohol), so that can be annoying. This happens a lot with firsttimers who seem to feel like a kid in a candystore, and show this by playing the ‘player’. But far worse are the guys who don’t treat the girls with respect. I’ve seen this happen: groping the girls, trying to barter down on the prices and just in general treating the girls like a ‘product’. This is a small minority though and many girls are perfectly capable to deal with these types, but it is still anoying to see. On the other hand I once had a great experience with a girl who just walked up to me kissed me on the lips and asked me to play along. Turns out she was talking to a group of these bartering/groping bears and ‘fled’ by saying she had an appointment with me. We had a lot of fun together. Annother thing that is annoying (especially for the girls), is when a bear takes up a lot of the girls time, and then declines to go to the room with her. What the looks of the other bears is concerned, I do think I prefer it when I’m one of the guys that would ‘fit’ best with the girls in real life. This isn’t about looks perse, but also age. The reason for this is mostly that it makes it easier to believe in the illusion of them really liking you. One of the last girls I was with fits this exactly. You got it as far as the paying structure is concerned. What the club is concerned, you pay once and you can stay till closing time, while using all facilities (and food and drink). Especially in the clubs with free beer, there is a tendency of groups of friends to show up and drink all they want without ever doing anything with the girls. As Clockwork says, the girls don’t like this and many other bears don’t either. I can’t say I blame these guys though, you get a lot for your 50 euros. The last time I went to the club that suffers most from this (also one of the best run and most succefull clubs), they had a breakfast buffet till 3 pm, then cake, soup around 5 , then a barbeque from 6 onwards, with pizza at 10. During the day you always had some food available (even when they kicked me out after closing time). During this time you have a choice out of around 8 different types of beer, which you usually can get for yourself from a few strategically placed fridges; if you want a glass (or beer that needs to be poored properly) you can order at the bar.
The low stress atmosphere is often stressed in the advertising, but it really depends on the club. I almost caughed up my coffee when I read Muffin’s quote from the Oase website. Oase really is not relaxing:D, you’ll have to deal with hunting girl most of the time. Other clubs (like Parksauna Rezidenz) really do offer a lot of room for relaxing, and it is only when you go looking for girls that they’ll show an interest in you.
There is no way to indicate ‘I won’t have sex today’, but for many girls avoiding eye contact will make it clear that you’re not interested. In some of the Hessen clubs you’ll have to pull some other tricks out of the bag, I usually say something in the line of: just came from a room, going to the sauna first, going to watch a bit of sports now, etc. But even then you get girls who say they’ll join you…so sometimes you really have no option to tell a girl straight up that it isn’t going to happen. I think a bunch of your questions have already featured in one of my earlier answers, but I’ll quickly repeat when needed. In general there is no rental price for the rooms, this is part of the facilities included in the entrance fee. I do know of two clubs (neither of which I’ve been to) that have (or had) VIP rooms that cost extra; in one of these it apparantly depends on the girl whether the extra charge is made. These rooms usually have something extra, like a hottub or a tv with porn (why you would want that is beyond me).
Normally it is first come, first serve. The girls (when they need to get a key first) will ask whether room x is available, or more in general: ‘something in the back/first floor/not near the welness’. When all rooms are taken, you just take the first one that frees up.

In general, no. Some clubs have beer included in the price and other drinks are what you would expect to pay in a bar. Champagne might be overprized, with the girls getting a fee if you buy it for them. This is fairly rare though and I’ve only had one girl ever ask me to buy her a drink, so it’s not like many girls are trying to rip you off. This is not the way it works. For starters, no one can just walk in. These are private clubs that decide on a case by case basis who to admit, so bears can be turned away as well. Girls that want to work in a club will have an intake meeting where they have to prove to be of age and (when needed, I guess) blood is drawn for STD tests.
No girls under 18 off course and there is talk of raising the age limit for prostitution to 21 years of age…for now it’s just talk. There is also one club (maybe more) in Switzerland, and in Switzerland it is/was legal for 16 year olds to work as a sexworker…so here the age limit would have been 16. Good question! On busy nights clubs might start turning away customers, but in most cases bears are coming and going all the time, so they’ll just let them wait till a locker frees up. In some cases it also isn’t uncommon (apparantly) to share your locker with another guy.
Many clubs have lower entrance fees for early/late entries on weekdays. So you might get in for 30 instead of 50 if you show up before noon, with the idea that the girls will have more business in the early parts of the day. I’ve never heard of cheaper liquor at different times, but it does happen that certain days are ‘cocktail night’, which means cheaper cocktails.
In the end mondays are always very quiet, with thursday-saturday the busiest. This also means there will be more girls between thursday and saturday. If it is really busy (and your really see this in only a few clubs), you can get in the situation where bears are almost waiting in line for a popular girl…and she’ll have a new customer as soon as she comes back from a room.
I don’t really know if I’m honest. I recognize what you write and know many people (myself included) have been in this situation one time or another. But I’m not sure my club visits fit this description. As I said before, I’m not looking for a relationship in the clubs, quite the opposite, I go to the clubs for fun and sex because I don’t want to be in a relationship at the moment. So at this point I still get pretty exited about a clubvisit (especially new clubs), but I expect some exasperation at some point in the future. No, it’s both. You pay (for instance) for half an hour (50 Euros), in that half an hour you can cuddle, kiss, get a blowjob, eat a girl out and have sex (aka the standard package). If you desire something extra, like to come in her mouth, on her face or have anal sex; that will cost you extra. For instance half an hour of kissing, blowjob and sex, ending with a cum in mouth will cost you 75 euros. If you just want a blowjob and cum in her mouth, it is still 75 euros.
You will never leave the room for less than 50 Euros. There is no clear answer about the multiple pops. Some girls don’t mind having sex twice in half an hour, but some might want 25 extra. I don’t know if there are any houserules about this. If you go for a longer period, it should be no problem to come twice (but 4 times in an hour, I don’t know). I think the general attitude of the bears is that multiple pops shouldn’t be a problem, but you can’t assume the girl won’t ask extra (so make sure to ask).
