I got a totally random e-mail this morning from a fellow Doper. It was funny, and welcoming, and I really appreciated it.

I’ve been lurking for a bit, and started posting on May 17. It is the strangest thing, though, that I didn’t really feel loved sniff until this morning. How silly!

I love random Doper e-mails!

I try to send a few out when I notice someone being especially cool, because they brighten my day to no end!

I’m sorry folks, but I find e-mail a rather cumbersome and annoying tool (maybe that has something to do with my lame webmail account).

If you need to reach me, by all means don’t hesitate to e-mail me. But I don’t use it for inane chatter, that’s what the boards and the IRC are for :smiley:

I’ve gotten a few random e-mails from Dopers since I’ve been here and they made me all warm and fuzzy. It’s definitely a day-brightener to get a friendly note from someone out of the blue :slight_smile:
