I’m using Fluffy over there right now, Swampy, but if Enola wants to come over to Skip’s, I’ll give it back to him.

I use two different ones, on a couple of different message boards. (I do have a life outside the SDMB, y’know. Not MUCH of a life, but it’s there. )
How can you make an existing JPEG small enough to fit the size and MB required for these avatars? They always reject my attempts as too large and too many bytes.
