Okay.

Find a different rhetorical device. I know you don’t expect people to send essays and that you’re not going to find and shoot anybody. That’s not the point. The point is that this style of address is not allowed here. (I don’t think they would tolerate it in the Pit either, but I leave it to the mods there to decide.)

Our main rule here is “Don’t be a jerk.” Calling people idiots and saying you’d like to shoot them is being a jerk whether you couch it as a “rhetorical device” or not.
I’m familiar with what happened at the Bastille, thank you. Your posting privileges are going to get guillotined if you continue to address people this way, is that clear? Don’t do it again.
