Surely I can’t be the first to post a thread on this?
New day and time, it’s a new episode, too right?
I didn’t leave work 'till 1 AM last night, and I’m here again bright and early. Yeah, I could’ve switched shifts with someone else and worked tonight, but damnit, I wanted to see the new Dresden Files, and it’s been several months since I’ve seen BSG.
I’ll leave the spoiler disclaimers for someone else, I’m just sleep deprived and excited, so I wanted to spill it here. Plus, hopefully I’ll be reminding someone else that new Sci-fi goodness is on tonight (Dresden files at 9/8C, BSG at 10/9C)
New night, and Tivo won’t catch it because Time-Warner is in the middle of a channel shuffle, and things are all screwed up. Gonna have to make sure I hit the “Record” button personally.
Kinda think it’s a bad night to return with first run episodes. Both the NFC and AFC Championship games are on today, and that’s a lot of TV to watch. The AFC game should be over by the time BSG kicks off (yes, got football on the brain. GEAUX SAINTS!), but next week is an off week, with less competition. Also wondering if BSG will bother wasting a first run episode on Superbowl Sunday in a couple weeks…
the Sharon on the BaseStar (white clothing, unsympathetic towards the Pop-Tart) is Sharon Rev. A, a.k.a “Boomer” or “Galactica-Boomer”, the one that blew up the water tanks and shot Adama
Sharon Agathon (Athena) was down on Caprica post-attack with Helo, has aided the Colonials and is now a serving officer on Galactica
Well, an excellent episode, I thought. But the ending was incredibly rushed - they should’ve edited it a bit better, or cut out some of the fighting between the Cylons and Lee’s group on the surface to free up some time.
I really hope that Ron Moore knows where he’s going with all this crap, though.
Well, now I’m thinking that they’re setting up Starbuck to be the promised prophet who’ll lead them to the promised land of Earth (rather than Laura). Meaning that she won’t be reaching that promised land, herself, of course.
Adama is probably the Cylon that D’Anna saw.
Really not liking the new day and time. Some of us have to get up early to work on Mondays, Sciffy.
