Bed-bound and bored. Amuse me.

So, my back has deteriorated to where I’m pretty much bed-bound, and I will be until my surgery. I may be viewing life through the fog of medication, but it still makes for pretty boring scenery.

So, I’m here requesting amusement. A joke, a funny YouTube clip, an amusing photo, amusing, random anecdotes…whatevah. I figure others will be entertained as well in the process.

Knock knock…

So how do you get a gay guy to f*** a woman?

You stuff her c*** full of s***!

That’s from Gilbert Godfrey standup, so picture him shrieking it.

Is this MPSIMS friendly?

Who’s there?

What do you care? You can’t get up and answer the door…

d&r

 Okay, that’s seriously funny. First good laugh of the day. Thanks!

Feel better!

Adult Swim has Stuff To Do.

Sorry to hear that, man, it really sucks. I did not see your original thread before, but I’m in the same boat as you. Had L4-L5 disk problem for years, and a couple of months ago, it suddenly flared up again. After doc tried all sorts of things and meds, nothing is helping at all. After all this time, he wants me to see a pain specialist, who probably will try the epidural/steroid route first, BUT, can’t get an appointment for another entire month!

So, it only hurts when I sit, stand, walk or am flat on my back (but that is the least-worst). Bummer!

As the meds so far are not working, am thinking of wandering downtown and looking for the local coke dealer, but with my luck, I’d probably just get mugged.

So, you have my full sympathy and empathy, and I wish to hell I could think of something funny, but will read all the other stuff, and hope it cheers up both of us.

Good luck.

Songs about zombies amuse me, when I’m feeling down.

Here’s another fun YouTube series…

manstrokewoman

It’s safe for work. It does have some swearing in some of the episodes. My favorite is Man Cold.

I don’t know whether you ever liked the show Junkyard Wars. Nor do I know whether you enjoy shows about cars.

But there’s something simply delightful about watching three automobile enthusiasts trying to make their own amphibious cars.

Top Gear Amphibious Car Challenge .

There is even a sequel. Where they try to take their (redesigned) amphibious cars across the Channel.

Top Gear Channel Challenge Part 1
Top Gear Channel Challenge Part 2
Top Gear Channel Challenge Part 3

A bit less wet is the fun when they decide to try to destroy a Toyota Hilux pickup truck.

If you can get past the awful white-type-on-black-background interface, this site has a wealth of time-wasters:

Fabio’s Kitchen of Love

Allow me to recommend the fridge poetry, but feel free to essplore. I think medication could only make it even MORE entertaining.
