HOLY SHIT! This has to be the best flavor in the world!
Seriously, as a long-time B&J fan, I have a lot of favorites and the all time favorite WAS Peach Cobbler…but now it’s been bumped out of the top spot in a big way.
This Pumpkin Cheesecake flavor is so delicious it should be illegal.
I definitely need to stock up on this flavor before they stop coming out.
And your favorite flavor is…? (No matter, it WILL be Pumpkin Cheesecake when you try it)
This is my favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavor, too. The chunks of graham cracker crust are what make it special, and the cheesecake-flavored ice cream is significantly more delicious than their regular sweet cream.
But it’s not quite as good as Haagen-Dazs’ Caramel Cone - that’s the all-time best pre-packaged ice cream flavor.
Pumpkin Cheesecake is listed on my refrigerator in the top tier out of 4 tiers, for my gf to use if she’s the one shopping that week. A few others share its limelight but none of the others are so rare & hard to find!
I will at this time give a mention to HD’s Black Raspberry Chip, though, and Pomegranate Chip and Caramel Sel De Mer. Pumpkin Cheesecake is a rare Ben & Jerry’s entry up there in the ionosphere… they kind of own the 2nd tier but Haagen Dazs has these few really spectacular tastes.
I want to buy a bottle of wine tonight and was going to stop by my local deli, even though the selection isn’t nearly as good as at my local supermarket. However, my tired ass didn’t want to walk the extra distance there. I now have the motivation. A better wine, and hopefully an ice cream that is as good as people are saying it is.
Ooh. I might have to stop on my way home and get some.
Favorite B&J’s is and always has been Phish Food. Hate the band, love the ice cream.
Non-B&J’s is peanut butter. I can never find any, though. I don’t want peanut butter cup. I don’t want peanut butter and chocolate. I want peanut butter! I always have to just settle for buying vanilla and making a milkshake.
I need this. Now. I will kill for it. When they were selling Festivus and a clerk told me it was going to the flavor graveyard or whatevere it’s called, I bought them out.
I bought some today, and it is absolutely delicious! I hid it in the back of the freezer, under some of the okra that I had put up this summer, from our garden. No one will EVER find it there.
It’s mine…ALL MINE!
