This may be bias versus bias, but she seems real shaky to me. I am impressed, I guess, in the same situation I might be a puddle. But she is literally vibrating up there.
Biden is a little bit stumblebum but at least he seems comfortable.

God, yes. Biden started out well with an instant response to what promises would have to be slowed down/abandoned, but then went straight back into canned attacks tangential to the question.
(Of course, Palin didn’t even give that cursory nod to the question)

Everyone talked about this debate as if Palin was going to get up there and start stammering and drooling like she had a fucking lobotomy. It isn’t so. She’s been remarkably confident, with a very aggressive manner of speaking, no hesitation whatsoever, and even if she has no idea what she’s talking about, she nevertheless sounds like she does. She is definitely coming off as likable and capable, and I’m sorry to say it but the anti-Palin crowd is simply going to have to eat some crow here.
I still am not rooting for her, I’m just pointing out the impression I get.
