Yes. As an experiment.
It would take a lot of reading between the lines of the wikipedia articles to arrive at that conclusion, and even then the age difference would only be a year or 2.
That’s my point. Sheldon the character is a year or two younger than all the other characters. But Jim Parsons the actor has almost ten years on the actors who play Raj and Wolowitz and almost 15 on Kaley Cuoco.
When ever I see the title of this thread in the forum I always think it says Wil Wheaton.
I’m officially putting my money on Amy sleeping with Wil Wheaton.
It makes sense, she’s horny and I’ve heard that he’s back on this season. Every time he shows up, another part of Sheldon dies. OTOH, AFF may be able to see through the lies that he tells and manipulate him right back into making an ass of himself (hmmm, that might turn Sheldon on)…I guess we’ll have to see how it plays out.
Here’s my idea for a new plot twist in this show. Amy tells the guys that there’s a woman that she went to elementary school with who’s just moved back to California after a long time away. Amy says that this new friend is single and looking to meet some men as smart as she is. She explains that this woman is someone who has just had a chair created for her in the math department at Cal Tech. She grew up in Los Angeles but left at 14 to get her bachelor’s degree at Harvard. At 17 she graduated and went to the University of Chicago to do a Ph.D. At 20 she got a Ph.D. in math and took a tenure track job at MIT. By the time she was 25 she was a full professor. At 30 she won a Fields Medal and a couple of years later she won an Abel Prize. (These are the top awards for mathematicians.) She decided she wanted to move somewhere new, so she almost took a job at the Advanced Institute in Princeton, but she realized that she really wanted to move back to where she grew up and where her family still lived. Cal Tech was happy to get her, so they created a chair for her.
The guys aren’t quite sure if they want to meet her. They figure that if she’s so smart, she must be a complete dork. Then they meet her. She’s played by Danica McKellar. (The idea here is that, just as Mayim Bialik really does have a Ph.D. in neuroscience and is playing a neuroscientist, Danica McKellar really did graduate summa cum laude with a math degree, published a paper as an undergraduate, and could probably get a math Ph.D. if she wanted to.) The guys are astonished. This woman is both hot and (to be honest) smarter than any of them. All the guys, except maybe for Sheldon, immediately want to date her. However, she is turned on by Sheldon. Amy, seeing that some other woman actually wants Sheldon, suddenly decides that she is interested in Sheldon too. So there are now two woman fighting over him.
Only one problem…and she had a thing for Raj.
That would almost certainly guarantee them another season.
