They have to be cooking something up between them. Alison has the veto. Jun knows Ali has the veto. There’s no fuckin’ way that Ali is going to let herself remain on the block.
The only thing I can think of is that they plan for Ali to veto herself, and Jun put up Robert with the excuse that she has no real choice. They vote Jee out and Robert can’t really be mad at them for nomination, since he wasn’t an original pick.
There are problems with that theory, but I can’t imagine anything else. Nominating someone whom you KNOW has a golden veto to use is stupid if done sincerely.
There are two votes this week: Robert and Erika, with Jun casting a deciding vote in case of a tie. Assuming that Ali trusts the Girls, she won’t veto herself, and Robert will never get put in the hot seat. Erika votes for Jee, Robert votes for Ali, and Jun casts the deciding vote to evict Jee.
The question, of course, is if Ali trusts the Girls. Or if the Girls are trustworthy when faced with a vulnerable Ali…
Lets break this down. There is a plan and it really would not have mattered any way you look at it.
Currently Jee and Alison are on the block.
There is only 2 votes this week, Erica and Robert. Erica is going to vote for Jee and Robert would vote for Alison (Could swing the other way) . Jun has to make a tie breaker vote and Jee is gone. The only way that could change is if Erica changed her vote.
Next - Alison uses the veto. Jun could put up Erica or Robert. If she puts up Robert, that would leave Erica and Alison to vote. Alison wants Jee gone, her vote will be Jee. Erica has wanted Robert gone from the beginning, she will probably vote Robert. Tie breaker vote is still Jee. If the girls are truely an alliance then Jee will be gone by the vote from Alison and Erica.
Now if she puts up Erica, that leaves Robert and Alison to vote. Still could be a tie breaker situation. So I think Robert is the wild card here. All though Alison could surprise us all.
Bottom line the way I see it. Jee is out. No matter what Ali will NOT see the finals. There is no way the jury would let her stay.
I would not want to be her on the outside of the house after this. She has definitly burned some bridges.
I thought that Jun just didn’t trust Ali not to use the veto on either Robert or Jee. So to keep her from veto-ing Jee off the block - Jun put her up knowing she would use the veto to save herself rather than one of the guys.
Callie’s right. Jun has already decided who she wants to put up. And Jun knows that there is no way in heck that Ali is going to take a risk like that, so Ali will use the veto on herself.
Then, Jun will nominate ERIKA, since Ali and Jun was an alliance, as was Jee and Jun (and she fell for Jee’s sob story, as she indicated in the diary room). She won’t nominate Robert since he’s a slimeball who could never win the popularity contest which is the Final Two and is thus not a threat, though Erika is MOST likely of all present in the house now to win the Finals, and so is the most threatening, which is probably what they’ve all discussed behind Erika’s back.
Also, it was nice to see Robert being rewarded for being a mathematical idiot. I hate that price is right shit where going over doesn’t count. Ugh. Totally sucks. Oh well–maybe he’ll get rid of Ali.
Was anyone else completely disgusted by the shots of Justin and Dana making out in the pool? Blech. I almost felt sorry for Nathan.
(No need for spoilers by now.) I was also thinking that about the Price Is Right type of contest, and said so in my recap. She was a few hours off and loses to a guy who just takes a random guess.
But, Wrong Girl, if Rob is smart there is no way he’ll get rid of Alison. She is the one he has the best chance of beating at the end.
Also, please BEEP profanity, not just delete it from the soundtrack!
If someone says to Erika, “Cunt!”, and you aren’t watching closely, you may not know there was a tiff between members, let alone that something was said.
This one really irritates me, because there is SOOO much profanity on BB, that it sometimes seems like half the dialogue is missing or else I’m losing my hearing.
OH MY GOD! Apparently Ali won the POV. Which means that she and she alone will decide who is leaving this week. This is just not right! So… will she pick Erika or Jun. I’m thinking that she’ll vote Erika out because she doesn’t think she’ll have a chance of winning against her.
Callie, assuming she wasn’t put up (which would be likely if Robert is angling for a jury vote win at the end), she would have decided it anyway. There’s only one person voting this week.
I’d argue for her never even having been on Robert’s possibilities list. Of all of them, she’d be the easiest to beat.
Nominations (and veto) since JayJay made me paranoid…
Just in case this wasn’t shown on last Friday nights episode - Robert nominated Ali and Jun for eviction. Of course everything changes with Ali winning the POV. There is no doubt that she’ll use it since she did last week - therefore she’ll get to cast the deciding (and only) vote for evicition (Jun or Erika).
Same thing it always says: The scummiest player does the best. Remember Will? He never intended to win; he played for second all the way, and made it look easy.
