Big Brother Season XI [edited title]

Is Julie going to make to finale night?

I was a serious J/J partisan earlier in the season, but the last couple of weeks have really dropped their stock for me. I will laugh like a freakin’ loon if Natalie or Kevin win HOH and put Jeff up. Seriously.

Oh, and HOW, exactly, is having a Final 2 deal with someone other than Jeff a violation of their Final 4 deal? Jeff, my dear, you’re a dumbbell.

Live feeds show……that you may get your wish, with Kevin in a commanding lead. Reports say his lane isn’t as slippery as the other three.Next week only has two votes, so if Kevin or Natalie win then either Jeff or Michele are going home. They’d guarantee put Jeff up, against either Jordan or Michele. J&M would be by far the best choice, then it just comes down to beating Jordan in PoV. If the third member of J/J/M who isn’t on the block wins PoV, whomever of Kevin and Natalie aren’t HoH would go home. I do worry that J&J would vote out Michele if Kevin put up Michele and was forced to backdoor Natalie. I know they’re dumb, but hopefully not that dumb. That would be as dumb as if Kevin or Natalie won and put up Jordan and Michele.

By contrast, if J/J/M win HoH, it doesn’t matter who goes up or who wins veto because worst case scenario for them is a tiebreaker that the HoH gets to decide.

It doesn’t, of course, but it puts a serious crimp in the final 3 deal Jeff, Jordan and Michele have had for weeks now. Jeff can’t very well use that against Russell, so he was flailing for any kind of rationale.

Also note that in private discussions, Jeff and Jordan wanted no part of a final 4 with Michele and Russell because regardless of the F3 competition, J&J would be at a serious disadvantage.

I’m still firmly in the J&J camp. Everyone else in the house is much more of a scumbag than they are, IMO. Natalie & Kevin made up stuff to make Russell and Michele look bad. Russell went around all yesterday coming up with ideas for Kevin and Natalie to make Michele look bad. Natalie, Kevin, Russell and Michele spent all game sucking up to whomever was HoH at the time.

Jeff and Jordan, by contrast, have never fabricated a story about anyone, have never intentionally tried to make somebody look bad, have never sucked up to the HoH, and in general have played an above-board and honest game.

One could argue that that’s all part of the game, but J&J are a solid twosome that made the final five without doing any of it, so I would argue that you don’t have to resort to scumbag tactics to do well. Sure they’re paranoid when they’re in power, but every HoH this season has been. (Never having seen BB before, is that the norm or did Ronnie infect this season with rampant paranoia?)

I imagine Jeff sees the Coup d’Etat as payback for when Russell kept J&J off the block and sent Ronnie home. Even Steven. Jeff has never liked Russell, Russell has been an asshole to everyone in the house, Russell really was plotting against J&J, and even nice suck-up Russell is creepy and annoying to be around. Given all that, I applaud Jeff for backdooring Russell when he had the chance.

Remember that J/J/M wanted to (and almost did) backdoor Russell last week when Jordan was HoH.

Doing a quick run-through on paper,
If Jordan wins HOH Natalie would be the most likely to go home.
If Natalie wins Jeff is most likely to go home.
If Kevin wins Jeff is most likely to go home.
If Michele wins I figure 50% Jeff, 33% Jordan and 17% Natalie. Michele is the wildcard in this one.

So Michele and Kevin are least likely to go home next week.

This doesn’t take into account POV effects.

Warning! HoH spoiler!

Kevin is the new HoH!

There is no way that Michele would ever turn on Jeff and Jordan. She’d gun for Natalie with both barrels, using Kevin as a pawn.

I’ll accept that. I was figuring she doesn’t really show loyalty to anyone, so everyone being equal, I figured in the cases of Nominees: JeffJordan, JeffKevin and JeffNatalie Jeff would get sent home. In the cases JordanKevin and JordanNatalie; Jordan would go home. In the case of KevinNatalie; Natalie would go home.

It’s the next HOH that really counts though, I figure it’s gotta be tough being HoH this week since you don’t get to play for HOH in the final four.

The HOH has made nominations and they are:
Kevin nominated Michelle and Jeff, IIRC, this is the first time Jeff has been nominated.

If my thoughts are correct, if Jordan wins POV today, she will take Jeff off the block, Kevin has no choice but to put Natalie on the block. Jeff/Jordan have the only votes and they send Natalie home. I hope the week ends this way.

If Kevin/Natalie really wanted either Jeff or Jordan evicted, he should have nominated both J/J originally.
PoV has been played:
Michele won, which means Jeff goes home this week. I’ll keep watching BBAD until Thursday, and then stick with the network broadcast another week until they boot Jordan out, but I suspect my BB viewing will then come to a screeching halt.

Boy, Jeff should have a party in the jury house with Jessie, Lydia and Russell, eh? Ouch.

Jeff was nominated before, btw. Ronnie put him and Laura on the block, then Jeff won PoV in the coin counting deal and took himself off. Ronnie put Jordan up in his place.
So did anyone else laugh when Kevin was begging Natalie to get the key and she just went back downstairs to collect more money, seemingly without concern for him?

Yeah, I had little sympathy for Kevin in that situation. You can’t blame other people for trying to collect the money after you specifically went after it without telling anyone else what was going on. You were going to take it for yourself, how is it more selfish if Natalie tried to, as well?

I’ll be pissed if Natalie somehow pulls off the win. Then we’ll have to hear about how it was her “strategy” never to win a competition, and how brilliant she was for the age ploy. Ugh.

I’m counting on Michele to win all three remaining competitions, ousting Kevin and then Natalie in order.

Tonight is the final installment of the J&J show on BBAD. sigh

I find it amusing that BB is totally ignoring Chima was ever in the house. In the Banana veto competition last week, there was no Chima banana to bring back to Casey. In this week’s veto alien morphing competition, Chima was not morphed with any other houseguest, (but she was left an option).

Next week, I don’t see Natalie getting evicted under any scenario. If she is up on the block against Kevin, Kevin leaves. If she is up on the block against Michelle or Jordan, Kevin will be the voter and Kevin will keep Natalie.

Kevin on the other hand has the best chance of leaving. He only stays if he or Natalie wins the veto. He can’t be HOH so he is not safe via that method.

I think Michelle is fairly safe this week too, she only gets evicted if Jordan or Natalie wins HOH and Kevin or Natalie wins the veto. Since Jordan and Natalie can’t win any competitions on there own, the chance of them winning HOH is slim. And then she probably has the best chance of winning the veto.

Let’s not get too crazy; Natalie is on a whole other level of suck compared to Jordan. Jordan did win a veto on her own, and also beat everyone except Jeff fair and square – including Russell – in the mini-golf HoH competition.

Kevin has turned despicable during his HoH reign this week. Petty, ugly, nasty; I’d almost go so far as to call him loathsome, but again I don’t want to use adjectives too close to what I’d call Natalie because she is on a whole other level. Natalie is the most vile person I’ve ever seen on television by a country mile. Every facet of her is disgusting.

I suppose thread rules dictate the following be spoilered, but it’s spoiler-free. No game talk, no planning, no nothing that will be aired lest BB be accused of painting the gay guy in a bad light; just an example of his pettiness from BBAD last night:
BB gives the HGs a bottle of wine. J/J/M getting out glasses as Kevin comes downstairs from HoH. Jeff offers Kevin some wine, Kevin says “oh yeah.”

Kevin goes back to HoH with his glass of wine, laughing with Natalie about how he doesn’t want any, he just wanted Jeff to have less wine. Natalie asks if he’s going to pour it out, Kevin says yeah he’s going to pour it into the toilet. “Fuck Jeff!”
Way to stay classy, Kevin. Even those who previously liked J/J then hated them after their HoH weeks have to admit that they never did scumbag things like this. Their only crime was to turn on Russell and Michele, which they did for good reason.

Michele was gunning for Russell the entire time Jordan was HoH, trashing him during every conversation she had with Jordan. Michele made it crystal clear that she wanted Russell out asap. Ultimately they decide to keep the numbers by voting out Lydia and waiting on evicting Russell. The very next week Jeff gets HoH and puts Michele’s desires into action by backdooring Russell. Michele’s reaction is to cry her eyes out because she was betrayed by J&J. Huh?

Michele had claimed she had a fake F2 with Russell. She’d also admitted several other fake deals. When she cried about Russell, she proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that her so-called fake F2 with Russell was actually real, meaning she’d spent an entire week flat-out lying to J&J.

I know she wasn’t lying at the time; she really wanted Russell out and then changed her mind on a dime like the whack-a-doo she is, but from J&J’s perspective, all the Michele bashing they did was 100% justified by Michele’s actions.

DAMN IT!

I hate those tiebreakers. They may as well have flipped a coin.

Holy crap, that sucked so hard.

Spoil me, please. Our CBS affiliate isn’t airing it until 1:30 AM because of an NFL game. A FREAKING EXHIBITION GAME! It’s not even a REAL game! Grrrr…

Here ya go…
Michele voted for Jordan, Natalie for Jeff. Kevin broke the tie and sent Jeff home.

Natalie won HOH and dedicated her win to Chima.
