Nakomis is really in a bind. Karen is her tightest ally. If she puts up Drew and Cowboy, for example, then if Diane wins veto, Nakomis will have to put up Karen, and Karen will be gone, unless somehow Diane’s skull can be penetrated for wisdom and knowledge insertion, but that isn’t likely. Karen MUST win veto this week no matter who goes up. And then she must follow up to win HOH.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t cowboy actually from Oklahoma?
He is.
Just so I can throw in a bit of twin bashing:
2)For the entire week that Adria was HoH, she and Natalie slept in the HoH room, seperated themselved from everyone else and made all of the decision. Adria did not make the decision and then ask Natalie’s opinion, they came up with the decisions together. While doing this, they didn’t consult Nakomis, Will or Karen but could not understand why those three were upset with their decisions. Beyond this, after a week of acting like one person, they could not understand why people see them as being together instead of seperate.
Veto news…
Diane has won the veto, and intends to take Drew off the block. That means Karen must go up. Diane has promised Karen that she will vote Cowboy off, but has told Drew and Cowboy what she told Karen and that she will in fact vote Karen off. Diane’s “reasoning” is that the only pinky she actually touched was that of Nakomis. Damn. Just plain damn.
I expect Diane to make it to the final two since she has stabbed everyone in the back. I would not put money on her chances of winning though.
I’ll admit I don’t follow Big Brother all that much(wife likes it, that’s why I’ve seen a few episodes) but is there some rule that would keep Nakomis from putting Diane up for eviction if this scenario occurs? Original nominations were Drew and Michael(Cowboy). Diane wins veto and removes Drew. Nakomis nominates Diane to take Drew’s place. Anything in the rules that prevents this? That would keep Karen safe and the voters would be Drew and Karen(Diane and Cowboy on the block, Nakomis ineligible because of HoH). The it is Drew whose feet are to the fire. Choosing between Cowboy and his four horsemen alliance and his bed buddy would be tough. Since HoH gets to decide who goes if there is a tie, then the Nakomis/Karen alliance is in good shape this week if they can put Diane up if she wins veto and saves Drew(assuming Drew and Cowboy are put up).
Enjoy,
Steven
I believe that winning the Golden Power of Veto has two features: (1) it allows you to decide whether or not you want to save someone who has been nominated, including yourself; and (2) it makes you immune from being (re-)nominated yourself. So, if Diane uses it to save Drew, Nakomis can’t turn around and put Diane up instead. Others who are bigger fans might have a better understanding, though.
