This is happening when I go from one site another.
It happens intermittently and when it does, I get a white screen, a hesitation (maybe 8-10 sec), and then the site will appear.
I can also make it appear by clicking on the close file red x.
Any ideas? Ran Spybot and defragging now.

I can’t duplicate this part, but the rest happens all the time. It’s because my connection is crappy.
