You might want to try it again. I don’t get cable anymore, but I just looked and their Sunday lineup right now is mostly Venture Brothers, Boondocks, Metalocalypse, and Squidbillies.
I’m just curious: did this show already get shitcanned? Or is it still on?
BTW: a search of the SDMB, searching only Cafe Society for threads with the word “burger” in the title didn’t show this thread at all. Strangely, Google found it with only the words “straight dope burger” and it was the 2nd result, right behind a thread on sausage burgers.
So as an aside: yes, the SDMB search engine (and it’s ridiculous 120 second wait time) (still) sucks ass.
I think it’s still on, but because of all the football last month, the FOX Sunday night shows were off for a while.
Yep, according to my DVR, a new episode is scheduled for this Sunday.
Another one is scheduled for next Sunday, and there’s eight more in the can.

It’s airing in Australia on free-to-air TV and I have to say I find it quite funny in a very deadpan way, although I do think the guy doing Bob’s voice sounds more like the Guest Antagonist Of The Week on Aqua Teen Hunger Force (in fact, I’m pretty sure the voice actor has done one of those) than the lead in a traditional animated show, but that’s a pretty minor thing and I definitely enjoy the show.
Can we read into this any indication of the show going beyond those eight?
