Is this just a weird coincidence (it was from August 2012) or some kind of code? I’ve seen this tweet quoted on a number of news sites but no one ever offers even a WAG as to its significance. I know I’m stumped, but I’m betting someone here can figure it out or at least offer an interesting hypothesis.
