Chances are it was never sent via USPS mail. It is a classic representation of what is referred to as “target mail”, which is usually identified and detained by the sending office and tendered to the USPIS, the Postal Inspection Service.

Ugh, very sloppy of me–the CNN-Brennan, Clinton and Soros bombs were in NYS, not NYC. (Except for the CNN one, which btw is about five blocks away from me, so… you can imagine the loud sirens I’ve been hearing all day.) Obama/Waters are in the DC/Maryland area.
