Graduating from college (Go Eagles!) and heading to Orlando for the summer to chill with the old farts. Planning on going to Japan as soon as I find a job over there. Most likely to teach English, as my writing skill in Japanese isn’t good enough to get a job in business. I’ll probably be in Tokyo, as that’s where the girlfriend is going to be. I really wish I could work near Kyoto or Nara though ;_;

I may have to come along but just nurse a soda, as I am incredibly, unbelievably broke. All our money is going to the apartment we just moved into.
But I do want to see you all again, and some for the first time.
I’m going to say maybe here, although I’ve had a poor history with these lately. Thing is, I’ve been traveling a lot for work and that makes getting out for recreation difficult. I have, however, also been pretty gloomy lately, and huge gobbits of animal flesh might cheer me up some.
I’ll pass on the boobage, though.

I’d be glad to chip in for your meal. If it’s someplace really cheap, like Bartley’s, I’ll just cover you.
The reservation I have about that place is that it gets pretty busy, and doesn’t seem like somewhere where you can linger for a long time. The beauty of other 'fests is that we were never rushed.
I’d be perfectly happy with Auto choosing the place, although I’m thinking that sushi might be a bit expensive for some folks.

I’ll go wherever **Auto **chooses. I don’t know yet if hubby will come, but I’ll try to make him. He HATES feeling like others are pitching in for him, so that makes him reluctant to do anything he doesn’t have to funds for. But we’ll see what happens.
And by next week, I may owe tdn a dinner.
That was my concern in suggesting it, too. (And it might be hard to get a large group all seated together.) I was thinking we could miss the dinner rush, one way or the other, and even if we can’t linger at Bartley’s, Harvard Square offers excellent meandering opportunities.
