Are we meeting for lunch or dinner?
I’d prefer dinner, though 8pm seems a little late.
ITA that 8 is late for dinner. How 'bout 6ish, and we can linger after?
Assuming I’m back in town on schedule, I’ll be there.
I may be able to make it down from Maine for an afternoon/evening, depending on the weather and the finances.
This one is a real possibility.

I am unable to attend that evening, either—it’s my mom’s 75th birthday party. That said, if the majority of folks can do it, I say go for it and be sure to take pictures!
Shoot, my Christmas travel plans got pushed back a week, so I won’t be able to make it.
