I love the show. I’m planning on being a teacher, and while I realize that it isn’t a 100% accurate portrayal of public school, it’s a lot better than anything else out there.
Also, yes, in my school, students vote for prom court and prom king and queen. Same with homecoming. Same for all the schools around here that I know of (Central Illinois).
