So…Hook Lady is fired. That should be…interesting. They going to write her out of the show now, or will she sue for her job back, do you guys think?
Lauren and Marilyn are bad- well, harsh- teachers, hm. Somehow I’m not terribly shocked. I can sort of see Lauren as intense. She definitely came off that way tonight.
And Ronnie Cook posed nude in college. That must have been a titillating thought for some BP fans.
Next week’s plots- well, the one about the male teacher talking about sex on-line to a student, in particular- sound good. Of course, that’s half the fun, the previews.
I liked the episode…but wish they had followed up on the nude girl. Did we ever find out if she still went through with it? I knew that Ronnie and that other guy (I don’t know names) were taking at the end of the episode…did it get brought up there? I missed some.
Might just be the best written and acted episode all season. Sure there were much more over-the-top story lines in the past, but tonights show felt real. Guber is growing on me, the decision to axe the Hook Lady could not have been an easy one.
Even in bit parts, Micheael Rappaport steals the show. Asking Marla for a re-bound fling was classic. Him and Harry Senit must shoot darts and drool over the unusually hot group of teachers they work with.
The student stress storyline was decent and I loved it when what’s-her-name got up in Marla’s face. She’s quite fiesty, huh? Actually I almost sad the Hook lady is going. She looked like the only one who could take on Marla. Now we get to hear her preaching unchecked untill she gets fired or institutionalized.
