The holiday threw me off schedule, and I missed the episode. Can someone give me a fairly detailed rundown of what happened?
Repeat. I was online at the time so this might be out of order and missing some stuff, but it was the standard “let’s cram as many crises into one hour as possible” fare.
Parents burst in with cops and demand that some student be arrested for statutory rape of their daughter. Harper goes along with it, which pisses off Ronnie because she “believes” in the kid.
Kid overdoes on exctasy in Hanson’s class. Hanson later lectures them, admitting that he did drugs in high school, but at least to know what you’re taking.
Harper’s daughter goes to a rave. Has an excstasy-testing kit - to test her friends’ e, not hers. Somehow it’s found in her room or something. Harper flips. Daughter’s all like, “I just want to do something as a family again.” Wah, wah.
Some singing. (Surprise, surprise.)
Hook Lady feels like a freak and whines to Guber. Someone ripped off her prostethic and put it in up the ass of a giant cardboard cut-out of Guber. (Lipschultz alters Guber to this.)
Legal crap with Ronnie and the kid. She decides to defend him. I think he gets off. (Though what teenage boy wouldn’t get off in the company of Jeri Ryan? ;))
Hook Lady sees therapist, then decides to have burial service for her hand. Three girls sing “Lean on Me.”
- s.e.
I didn’t watch it because it wasn’t on until 11pm, but it was a re-run since the season ended last week.
It was this episode (Chapter 29) which has a very very detailed(10 page) write up at Television Without Pity.

Oh (phew!) okay, thanks, scott evil and elfkin477. I was kicking myself.
I saw that episode.
I wasn’t sure if it was the end of the season, because last week they made such a big hype about Ally McBeal’s Last Episode Ever, so I didn’t take note if BP’s episode was the last for the season.
Isn’t it a bit weird though? You’d think they’d make Senate’s stabbing scare into a season-ending cliffhanger, where we’d have to wait until Fall to see if he survived.
And on a side note, that Last Episode Ever for AMB sucked ass big time. Very disappointing.
Well…I thought Ally’s ending was pretty good. At least it was an ending…If it hadn’t aired right after the extremely disappointing finale to my beloved X-Files, I might not have been so kind, though.
