I’m starting this new thread because, frankly, my presence is too often ignored on this board.

The place: El Viejo Yayo 40 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217

The time: After work, of course!

Attendees:

Tentative-- Lux Fiat, stuyguy, Green Bean and Uke Ike.

Please post if you are coming, or if your not, or if you wish you were. Show me love please, I’m feeling neglected.

P.S., I’ve got to make reservation a few days ahead, so I’d like a head count.

Well, I’m actually moving out of brooklyn the week prior, but, if possible, I’ll be there.

The 15th? That’s a Friday, is it not? I work second shift, so I will not be able to throw down with everyone, since I don’t get off work until about midnight. My heart is heavy, but I hope y’all will raise a glass for me in my absence.

So I should park in Manhattan and take a train to Brooklyn? This sounds more complicated than I care to get involved in, but I’ll think about it. If you can rustle up good driving directions, then I’m a definite maybe.

Davewoo: Where are you coming from? I drive to to Park Slope all the time, and it’s easy. Easier than getting into Manhattan, that’s for sure!

Biggirl: Where’d Pink Slinky go? I obviously missed something.

Dave hasn’t replied yet telling me where he is coming from, so I can’t tell him how easy it is to get to the Slope from there.

What time we doin’ this thing? (I have to be in PA early the next morning.)
