Actually Drex, though I am attracted to brunettes also, since meeting and falling in love with my boyfriend (a redheaded geek). I have to admit that his “type” will turn my head when I’m out and about.
And now that we’re about to separate, I’ll be VERY likely (if I ever recover from my broken heart enough to date again that is) to be attracted to his “type” of guy, redhead and all.
I’m naturally blonde and whenever this subject has come up before, the men have come out in droves to comment they prefer black/brown/red/whatever. (Rather depressing, actually.) This preference seems to be more of a stereotype than a reality, frankly, at least these days. I don’t think I get any particular attention because of my hair color. I like being blonde for the most part these days, but as a kid I often wished for “normal” straight, shiny brown hair like a lot of girls. Instead I have blonde, thin fly-away hair that won’t be tamed.
