I’ve read speculation that it could be Traitor Trump warning Comey against releasing any tapes that he, Comey, may have made. An interesting take, although I don’t think it likely.
No decent person did vote for Trump. It is my sincere belief that every single man and woman who voted for Chump ought to be imprisoned for treason, if not frog-marched outside and shot at dawn. It won’t happen of course, but in a perfect world …
When I started this thread, I knew it would be the gift that keeps on giving but had no idea exactly how spoiled for choice we would be.
Comey has declared that while he refuses to speak to any committee - including the senate intel committee - privately, behind closed doors, he is ready and willing to speak in public, live - with NO filters or spin.
He probably knows that spineless traitor Republicans will spin his private testimony to cover for Donald Trump again. I hope he is fucking FURIOUS.
I think Comey is a self righteous sanctimonious self absorbed asshole and it’s his fault that Donald Dump is our so called prezidumb, but if he can take the fat orange bastard down, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
I have friends and family- not just farthest-righters, but also people I generally consider sensible conservatives- who fall into that category. I find the decision abhorrent, and I’m less than impressed by the reasoning involved- but I still love them and care for them.
What’s the irony? I’ve been saying it for years; the Republican party is a terrorist organization that poses a greater existential threat to the United States, its people, and the human race at large than any other that has ever existed, and no person who willingly associates with it is worth anything less than complete and utter contempt. Their leaders should be wasting away in cells in Gitmo, every branch of our national corpus ought to be cleansed of their filth, and future generations ought learn from their earliest school days that there once existed a group of people so self-obsessed and evil that they were willing to kill off the entire human race in the name of short-term profit.

Some people voted against Hillary. I can accept that, even if I disagree. But, while “traitor” might be the perfect word for the “MAGA” hat wearing crowd who voted with their middle fingers, it’s not too far off.

Yeah, I’m thinking this conversation took a left turn into the Twilight Zone somewhere in the last few hours. Trump has never tweeted about Brussels sprouts that I can remember.

Agree. If we’re going to claim to be better than his supporters, we should damn well act better.
The irony is calling people, who exercised their democratic right in a way in which you don’t agree, “traitors who should be shot”. Saying they are the greatest threat to America while calling for them to be shot for not voting for your guy is the epitome of irony.
I completely despise the orange cheeto and hope he faces obstructionism for the duration of his time in office (send a prayer to the great spaghetti god that it will be short) but calling for the death of his supporters is just as horrible as he is.
