My Grandfather had Alzheimer’s. When my Mother was taking care of him, I prided myself is being the only one in our house who could interpret his more incoherent ramblings. I can usually piece together a meaning from the Petulant Manchild’s blitherings, but this one has me beat.
What it means is that despite the Legislature giving the Secretary of State the authority to manage election minutiae, any changes to anything must also be voted on by the full Legislature or it is invalid. An… interesting… take on election matters that has never been proposed by anyone prior to Trump losing.
He was inciting violence. And he’ll be inciting violence even more openly in the days leading up to January 20, when, presumably, Twitter will have welcomed him back.
That is, unless someone finds some resolve and removes him via 25th Amendment, impeach-and-convict, or persuasion to resign, presumably in exchange for some massive incentive (such as a check for $100 billion).
