Thanks, everyone, for your kind words. The little guy is a joy so far, except when he’s sick (and that’s fair enough). He eats anything, and sleeps ten hours a night (except, as noted, when sick, poor kid.)
He’s happy, bouncy, and sweet, and he’s developing so fast it’s incredible. Within the last couple of weeks, he’s gone from not being able to pull himself up to a standing position or even really crawl reliably to zipping all over the house on his hands and knees, pulling himself up on any object (including walls and doorframes), and cruising all over the place on the furniture. He even has a little baby walker (on the right) that he has become quite proficient with. Best Christmas gift ever, by the way. He looks like a little old man pushing his walker around. It’s hilarious. But by God, he has learned to turn it around and use it to walk wherever he wants to go.
He’s changing extremely fast, and I suppose because his body is developing so quickly, he’s been eating like a starving horse and sleeping even more than usual.
