Mainly because my wife’s labor has decided to start so we will be leaving to make sure my future daughter doesn’t decide to turn into a jack in the box in our car. Off we go into the wild blue yonder. We’ll see if she fits into 8 year old clothes when born.

BTW… if your planning to be in the birth room, stay by the head of the bed. The doctors know what they’re doing. It’s unlikely they’ll need your help and advice. Nothing pretty happens there. Your wife will blame you for all this and she’ll need you close by to do it.
