I’m going to be in Calgary the April 24-25. My evenings are pretty much booked up but I’ll have most of the daytime free. I’ll be staying downtown at the Fairmont Palliser (that is downtown, is it not?)
Since my evenings will unfortunately be pretty much tied up I won’t be able to do much. However, I’d be game for lunch and/or a couple drinks if some others would care to get together?
The Palliser is indeed downtown, 8th Avenue and Macleod Trail. I hate that now that you’re finally there, I’m way the hell and gone down here.
Eat lots of yummy Thai foood for me, at the Chili Club on 11th Ave South.
I’ve heard good things about the Chili Club. Is it pretty close by? It sounds like it… I will be flying so I’ll be without the bernse mobile… although of course the C-Train isn’t that far.

Well, Adam, its too bad that we’re not going to be there at the same time. That way, the only 2 people at a Calgary dopefest would not even be from there!
I’m operating on the assumption that featherlou will be slaving away at her job on those days and that I’ll be working by then, but you never know.
Keep us posted as the time draws near and we’ll see what our schedules look like. With luck, either or both of us will be able to find some time.
