I wouldn’t get too excited about these poll numbers. People are frustrated because they wanted less obstruction and more results. The Republicans have long been reluctant to compromise, but the Democrats need to get their party more unified too. The passing of an infrastructure bill is a big deal and if they can get shovels in the ground it might help somewhat.

This is false. The problem is that you only looked at the last 12 years. Going back to a time when the Republican party wasn’t crazy there are periods when there are much better numbers.

I have at various points been willing to criticize Biden for the way in which he handled the withdrawal that Trump negotiated and had already begun to implement. It certainly could have been a lot better. But Biden isn’t responsible for the fact that we left or much of how and how quickly we left, and much of what your side of the fence blame Biden for either lands squarely on Trump or is grossly exaggerated or false.
