Hello Fellow Dopers.

It always seems that someone out there amongst this group knows where to find obscure things.

this is what I seek:

a source where I can buy a quantity (maybe 20 at first?) of CANVAS wallets. preferably not too pricey.

my story:

I drew on a canvas wallet for Mr Baboon. It is cartoonish and fun. yes, yes, I know, you say to yourselves…silly? Babs? now way!
well, yes way.

anyhow.

a lot of people have seen it and want one. I even found a source that will sell them.

now if only I can find them!

Mr Baboon’s wallet is a velcro style (adds to the silliness, me thinks) wallet. I can only find NYLON ones. I cant draw on Nylon. and even so, most wallets that are nylon are dark.
The Doper who finds a source for me will recieve a genuine BABS wallets as gratitude.

This page has a couple tri-fold hemp wallets, but you can’t see the prices without getting the password.

This page also has hemp wallets. I promise I searched for canvas, not hemp!

While [sub]wedding gift[/sub] I’m simply too lazy to find what you are asking for, remember it’s a certain someone’s wedding coming up [sub]wedding gift[/sub] and that someone uses non-animal skin wallets :wink:

Aren’t these just the little velcro things? Last time I was at the mall they had them at a store called Pacific Sunware.

I requested a sample of the hemp material from that site. the problem with most hemp wallets is that they are too “pebbly” surfaced.

also, the wallets at pacific sunwear…are they NYLON or canvas?
