The actress that plays Alans ex wife (Judith, not the young one who all would agree is crazy hot) on Two And a Half Men. I’ve always thought she was hotter than some of the actresses playing Charlie’s conquests.
My first thought is that anyone in the Hollywood movie business is usually not going to qualify. Picking some of the names in here of women that I find attractive: Tilda Swinton, Illeana Douglas, Uma Thurman, Kate Micucci, Kate Winslet - I’m surprised that anyone would say they are not in the top 10% as far as looks go.
And to contradict myself, another Hollywood entry: Julie Kavner who had small roles in several Woody Allen movies. I always liked her characters with their distinctive accent. Here are two older photos

In the non-Hollywood celebrity category, I’ll pick Chelsea Clinton. I don’t understand why some people made fun of her for being ugly, though of course you can find an unfalttering picture of almost anyone.

Mostly because, 1) She had the misfortune to be in the public eye just as she was going through her pre-teen “awkward stage”, and 2) partisan political sniping.
Objectively, she was a completely normal-looking teen and has grown into a very pretty woman. (Well, as objective as such things can ever be, of course.)
Reminds me a little of Regina Spektor. Who I personally never really find attractive in still photos but, when performing, I suddenly find absolutely adorable.
Juliet Stevenson is beautiful.
This was going to be my pick. She is not attractive in any conventional sense. In fact, when just looking at random pictures of her, she can be downright homely, or at the very least, awkward…and yet, there’s something about her that just is really sexy.
BTW, on the first page, Enya is mentioned as being really beautiful and such and why should she be on this list? I’m a counterpoint…ugh…she does NOTHING for me. (While I can’t understand why anyone would find Summer Glau unattractive).
She’s not conventionally beautiful. She’s extremely plain, but I think that actually works in her favor. Maybe it’s her acting ability, but I just find her very appealing. When I found out she did nude scenes inThe Messenger, her sexiness became even greater.
It’s no secret around my way that I have a raging crush on John Hawkes. He’s kinda funny looking (“weaselly” is a word I’ve heard bandied about), but he’s got these big dark blue eyes that have a guileless look to them, at odds with his weathered face. I find that so compelling.
I’d only ever seen him play sweet, kindly characters until his turn as Teardrop in Winter’s Bone, and he became even more attractive to me as a violent meth-head, because he was terrifying…and yet he still had those big guileless eyes. What a combination.
I’m not familiar with her, but based on those photos, I wouldn’t call her extremely plain. Those eyes are hawt.
Ron Perlman. He’s got some of the broadest shoulders in Hollywood.
My brother and I are of the opinion that he’s the only person we’ve ever seen that looks better and more natural IN make-up.
I think you’re right - I had such a major crush on Vincent from “Beauty and the Beast” - there’s another strange attraction for you.

Since this thread has been bumped, I thought of another one: Kris Holden-Ried. He’s not really my type, and I didn’t think anything much of him in The Tudors and can’t even remember his role in Gossip despite having seen it 3 times. But there’s something very sexy about him on Lost Girl that I can’t quite explain.
Joan Walsh from Salon.com. She’s past 50 and looks it unapologetically. But there is just something about Irish eyes, a musical speaking voice, and a mind.
