Indigo Grilled Cheese (dipping sauces extra) [uses whole wheat bread with light rye and a small amount of blue corn flour, and, of course, blue cheese]

Buffalo Bills’ Wings (sauces from not, to flaming hot), and served at your table by waiters singing 4-part harmony

Eagles’ wings (actually, wild turkey wings, with pheasant meat slurry in the sauce)

Society of the Sisters of Andrews, bringing people together to share both gourmet food and song in 3-part harmony. Proceeds donated to the USO.
