Chicken and bacon flautats. Or I'm a genius!!

So I decided to make some flautas tonight. As I’m grabbing the ingredients out of the fridge; I noticed a package of bacon that’s been sitting in the freezer for nearly a month now. So I thought to myself: “Do I dare?” Yes I do.

So I cooked up the bacon, crumbled it up and added it to my regular recipe. My son claimed them to be the best flautas I ever made. I agree.
Bacon. Is there anything it can’t do?

And your regular recipe is… ?

I have maple-smoked bacon in the freezer right now. It probably wouldn’t be as good in a flauta as hickory-smoked.
