I just have to say that I don’t like chocolate. Am I weird? Is there anyone else that doesn’t like it? And do all women love chocolate, because it seems that way. Elaborate, please.

When I was at the American Institute of Baking we had to do a research project, and give an oral presentation on it befor the class. I chose to do a project on cocoa and chocolate in the baking industry. Learned a lot about FDA standards, but what really got to the class was when I said that the scientific name for the tree that produces the cocoa pod is Theobroma cacao. Theobroma is Greek for “food of the gods.” How right they were when the plant was name.
Chocolate is, to me, natures most perfect food.
