No one has disputed that the SLC PD may have made some mistakes. The Chief may or may not get fired, who knows. What we are saying is that unless you have inside information, you have no way of knowing what the cops had or didn’t have to work with and to presume otherwise makes you nothing more than an armchair investigator.
You continue to ignore the prime example of what we have been trying to get through your mush brain. You spoke out your ass with the “2 miles/2 months/backyard” comment when in fact you knew absolutely nothing of the true situation. Look at the news link that gives actual facts.

The fact that you so vehemently cling to this theory that I have no credibility because I do not possess any inside knowledge about the case is laughable.
The truth is, inside knowledge is not necessary when the public knowledge is strongly in my favor. In other words, to use an analogy, do you think police officers REALLY need fingerprint evidence when they have the defendant on videotape committing the crime in front of witnesses who will testify? The answer (as much as you may disagree) is no, they do not.

There is one thing I really don’t understand. Were the police actively looking for this guy Mitchell?. Obviously a good detective would sit down with the family and get a list of ALL people who had been around the house for the past few years , wouldn’t they?
And then find them and question them? And if they had been looking for Mitchell for questioning they would have found Elizabeth.
I’m serious. Were they asking about this guy at all before the younger daughter remembered him? And if not, why not?
