In context (and I had 3 years of training in tea-kwan-do) they are talking about what can happen in regular training. If you are telling us that a person being trained in martial arts has not ever been hit on the head (being sticks or punches or kicks) the conclusion I get is that you either are just a big liar and you only posed for the nice pictures, or more likely you did also trained people but they and you really never learned anything outside kicking people in your pajamas.. 
I say that because my master did teach me that while the training was not usually dangerous it had some risks while learning how to fall and when training how to react when confronting an attacker, and I learned also how more trained students can be jerks too and even with the occasional hits (many not made on purpose by the opponents, but mistakes made in training) one learned also that we need to persevere.
So all it takes to make her a felon is for you to say so?

It’s meaningless as a metric for success unless you drill down to why the debt increased. In the case of the last eight years the primary drivers were:
- Two huge, very expensive wars
- Decreased revenues due to the Great Recession
- Decreased revenues due to long-term tax cuts
- The stimulus package.
Given that the first three were inherited from the previous administration there’s a limit to how much of that you can blame Obama for. He did sign off on extending the tax cuts but then those not suffering from brain damage may recall whose idea that was and how far they were willing to harm the country to achieve it. And the stimulus is still generally seen as having been a good idea. Plus he has reduced the deficit year-on-year in the last few years.
Now, if he’d inherited a budget surplus and then started two wars (off the books, no less) AND cut taxes despite the need to pay for increased spending AND gone on about how deficits didn’t matter, you might have reason to condemn him. But he didn’t.
