College football bowl game thread

Is every else annoyed at the remote control camera that is suspended over the football field?

I have never seen a shot from that camera that really added anything to my viewing experience.

It is really distracting when it gets in a regular cameras field of vision.

I don’t follow college football, but my boss’ s brother is OU alum and was spouting off about how OU would this and that and Aggies and SEC so I waved a $100 bill at him and it was on.

Not often I look forward to Monday morning.

Whoooop!

Sorry, I’m required to do that. It was great to watch the Ags dominate that second half.

I don’t think anyone expected a first year in the SEC like this. An 11-2 season, ranked in the top ten, and a freshman Heisman Trophy winner. Major props not only to Manziel, but also head coach Kevin Sumlin for a great season.

I’ve always thought it was a mistake to pick the Heisman winner before the bowl games, but it looks like they got it right this year.

I cut waaay back on my Saturday football watching this year, only watching 6 or 8 games, and consequently that was the first A&M game I saw this season.

That Johnny Football is something else! I’m glad we don’t play them. I wish I was his accountant.

And really distracting when it falls into the playing field, as I remember it doing at one of the bowl games last year right about this time…

Ah, yes, Here it is.

Manziel is more Kaepernick than Tebow but I don’t think it’s a lock that he’s going to need a money manager. He lacks the height and the jury’s still out on his arm. His speed definitely won’t cut it.

Told you so.
