I feel it necessary to note that this is a bit … well arch of a translation, esp. since I was using Egyptian dialect in the original. But it is indeed the thrust of it. (Although it should be minorities)
Elucidator: If Afghanistan were made a UN protectorate, which it will not, there is no connexion with EU rules. I really am not an international lawyer, but it doesn’t strike me that EU law would be in any way relevant unless Afghanistan was made a protectorate of the EU and they were stupid enough to try to impose their laws.
