Sorry folks, I have recieved ONE email about meeting at Dave and Busters this upcoming Saturday.
I apologize but my family obligations are very important to me but said I would be happy to continue to “organize” the people even though I can’t be there.
I very much wish I had a brain when we first started organizing this and remembered it was my nephew’s birthday. I apologize to all of you for that oversight.
Since I have only recieved one response I will let the rest of you decide amongst yourselves if and where you will meet. If you do end up meeting I hope you all have a good time.
For the rest of y’all, I’m still planning on doing some serious drinking this Saturday. If we need to switch locales, so be it. I just don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to meet up with the Colorado Contingency!
I’m pretty sure it was me. Well what about it Colorado? Is it a go, or should it be rescheduled for the Saturday following: the vernal equinox in the year of the dog which contains two blue moons in that year. Anyone what to take a stab at that date?
Saturday the 21st is still the best date for me. I’ll talk to my sitter this evening when I pick up my little one. If she’s available, then I’m available!!
I don’t think the northerners are paying much attention! Dave and Buster’s is a bit on the expensive side, isn’t it? Of course, I’m always up for the Wynkoop, or something in lodo.
Either way, I damn well intend to meet some dopers THIS WEEKEND. And if none of y’all wanna meet me, then FINE. I’ll just go meet some new folks
Well if the gathering was in C Springs I could go cuz my nephew’s birthday party starts at 5:00pm two hours and I could be outa there…but noooooo C Springs is not a “convenient” place to meet.
Yes we do have some cool places to go here. But just a few.

Hey!!! Friday is good for me. I work nights and get Thurs & Fri off. If you do Friday and JD’s (we are talking about JD’s Bait Shop, right?) then I will try really hard to be there.
Alrighty then! So what is it going to be? A Friday evening at JD’s Bait shop? A Saturday evening at Dave & Buster’s? Who’s in, who’s out? What time should the festivities start? How will I know who the Dopers are, or will that be self evident upon arrival.
For the record, I’ll probably show up at around 5:30 or 6 PM. If you get there first, please have a pitcher of Fat Tire drawn, cold, and full for me.
