Anyone know what would cause Comcast to show a ‘No Signal!’ on the screen and go to channel 1?
I was watching the Pacific and got up for a drink. When I sat back down, the cell phone in my pocket hit the Comcast remote and next thing I know, I get this channel 1 garbage.
Any ideas? I’m trying everything I can think of with no luck. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr…

This makes no sense.
Could you have accidentally hit a button such as “aux” or “TV” on the remote? Try pressing “cable” and see if it goes back to working properly.

I felt my phone hit the Comcast remote when I sat. That remote doesn’t control the TV (why, I don’t know).

I swear on my life that my phone hit the cable remote and not the tv remote. Grrrrrr.
You probably accidentally switched your TV input signal from the one the cable was going into with one of the other source inputs. That occasionally happens. Glad to see my advice helped.
