Come Dancing with me? (Lincoln Center, June–July)

Well, it’s almost time for the annual Midsummer Night’s Swing fest on the Plaza at Lincoln Center, Broadway and 63rd Street.

Anyone wanna join me? I am hoping to attend on June 26 (swing), July 2 (mambo), July 9 (swing), July 12 (swing), July 16 (tango), and/or July 17 (swing). Sadly, I will be out of town the week of July 22, so I will have to miss Disco Night.

I never bother to show up for the lessons or climb up on the fee-only dance floor. I just hang out on the Plaza and let my Happy Feet do their stuff.

Well me without lessons is considered an envorinmental hazard by the EPA. I have tried the lessons but it is always so crowded. But I may try to swing by on some nights.

Maybe you should retitle the thread to include the words NYC Dopefest.

June 26 may work for me! I do a decent Lindy Hop, and a plausible foxtrot and waltz - but I’ve never learned latin dances.

And since I learned to dance in Minnesota (satisfied two PE credits at my alma mater with it), I also
polka. :eek:

But I suspect that won’t help for this.
