Friends, those of you that have been following this thread know that our buddy Dewey Cheatem Undhow is leaving our fair city for the wilds of Dallas.

It was suggested that we get together to have drink to send him on his way, and that we shall do this Tuesday, September 7.

We’ll meet at the Bull Head Tavern, 295 Third Avenue (at 22nd Street) at 7 p.m. You can take the Number 6 or Q/R subways to 23rd Street to get there.

For obvious reasons geographically, I won’t be able to make it – but Dewey is a good friend and worthy adversary (Somebody tell him, “Polycarp said to remember the Ninth Amendment!” for me! ;))
