Looking for a scene in a movie where the character draws a line in the sand, the other person crosses that line, so the character steps back and draws another line in the sand.
I tried searching YouTube, but there is an actual movie named “A Line in the Sand” which made things very difficult.
Does it have to be a movie? I can’t think of a specific example, but I know this has happened in cartoons with Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam.
I think I saw it in a Warner Bros. cartoon. Something like Bugs drawing lines until Yosemite Sam walks off a cliff.

A live-action version was played out in the movie 1941.
There was a scene like that in the Andy Griffith Show, between Opie and the new “bad” kid.

I remember Robin Williams doing it in an HBO stand up special. He was talking about Quadaffi, so maybe late 80s, early 90s?
