Commercials you like--Part the Thousandth

I just saw this while watching The Middle tonight.

I couldn’t stop giggling.

I was a fan of the little kid Darth Vader commercial too.

So, my daughter and I laughed through the commercial. But, she really didn’t get the whole tie-in with the product placement in the show.

I tried to explain and finally gave up.

So, a win for Volkswagen.

There is a Chevy (Silverado?) commercial where a kid plays with a toy version - driving all over teh living room making engine noises, towing a Barbie(?) trailer, etc
Evenetually his dad comes home with the real sized truck.

Anyhow, the kids playing is cute and I could totally see a kid playing that way.

Everybody’s having a taco party outside Bill’s office? Don’t you think that’s some information I would like to know? I like tacos.

My wife and I laugh every time that one comes on.

I can’t find a video, but I like the Allstate ad where the young guy who looks like a non-achiever rear ends the older, professional looking guy. The older guy is surprised that they have the same insurance, and the younger guy’s raised eyebrow at the older guy’s skepticism is really cute.

I also like the Nationwide guy (the upside down car and the shadow play).

I enjoy the commercial where Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers discovers that State Farm customers do his signature championship-belt move to celebrate the company’s Discount Double Check. I love how perplexed he is by the whole thing.

A commercial for Kayak has two guys wandering through a small shop. One guy expresses disbelief that his friend booked his flight without comparing prices. Friend shrugs and says, “I don’t think when I travel.”
As he says this he’s picking up an unlabeled packet of white powder. He turns to the shopkeeper and asks what it is.
“Rice flour.”
“Rice flour!? I’ll take fifteen kilos.”
He then opens a briefcase and wonders if it will all fit inside.

I miss the Cadbury egg commercials with the clucking rabbit.

This is the one I’m talking about.
