Zombie mode continues. We went to bed around 11 last night. Higgs started barking at 3. I got up to let her out - she scratched the back of my leg, so I had a bloody mess to clean up. I’ve been up for 3 hours after maybe 4 hours of sleep. I’m pretty sure I’m going to die of exhaustion. **FCD **got up with Higgs and I tried to go back to sleep with no luck. So my sweetie’s back in bed and I’m wandering around in a haze… <yawn>
Both dogs are outside at the moment. Ziva hasn’t come out from under the bed since last night - I need to put a litter box and a bowl of water in the bedroom. If she wants to eat, she can venture out.
I’m going to have to get something to help me sleep tonight or I won’t survive the wedding tomorrow. Melatonin ain’t doing it - its expiration date was Dec - can it lose potency that fast??
I can’t brain today. Happy Firday to those who can.

What does it say about me that most of the jokes are about passing gas and have many likes, and my comment, “Greta Samson realized that she, too, was becoming a burden to her parents” has none?

Ha! Actually the name’s The Evil Dark Faerie, but when I created my account a billion years ago, I thought that was too long for folks to remember. Come to think on it, Fluffy seems rather fitting.

I do have 2 cats and a dog, but my daughter is here with her dog - a male pug named Cozmo who weighs almost twice what Higgs weighs - he’s a big-ass pug! Not fat, just BIG!! I’ll put a pic on FB shortly.
I’ve got the smoker smoking 2 chickens. MIL and I have already been to the Amish produce stand, and we’ve all had lunch. I’s still exhausted, but I don’t foresee any nappage. Oh well.
