I’m pretty sure it means Zoe, who’s certainly devoted to Mal (though not in a romantic way). It may be arguable as to how much he takes her for granted, though.

The only way I get the joke is if I assume it’s a Mac that has text-to-speech on, and is on someone’s computer who wants to make up for their lack of virility. Or it’s that movie guy’s Mac, and he just loves the sound of his own voice.
