Everyone keeps saying his balls are incredibly big but they look real. I’m thinking they’re larger than average but not inhumanly big and they look fake. Just something about them, the way they look, they just don’t look real. And another reason they might seem so big is because, ummmm…this guy is hung like a tic-tac.

I’ve seen this video quite a while ago. Hey, I would have brought the thing up earlier had I known that you were this interested:D! Aside from the obvious, what struck me is that the guy is totally limp immediately after his unusual performance. Which is somewhat unexpected and could lead to the conclusion that something is amiss. The substance looks real enough to me, even though it differs from mine.
As far as scrotum size is concerned, I’ve seen bigger, although this, like the quantity of the discharge, must be seen as out-of-the-ordinary.

Reading this tread is like driving by the scene of an accident. I can’t help but want to look for myself.
After seeing the video, I’m pretty sure Badtz had it right. I used to be an x-ray tech and I used to do retrograde cystourethrograms all the time. Currently, as a nuclear medicine tech, I do cystograms occasionally. It’s a simple matter to insert a catheter into the urethra and fill the bladder with any type of fluid you want (in the retrograde cystourethrograms we used an iodine based radiopaque dye, in cystograms we use saline with a radioactive tracer). I can tell you that it is not difficult for the patients to relieve themselves after the filling stage. While the guy’s testicles are larger than average, I’m still not inclined to think they’re false.
The simple answer (Occam’s Razor invoked) is that the man was catheterized, a small amount (we use up to 300 mls of saline in cystograms, and that is on pediatric patients) of semen-like fluid was gravity-fed into the man’s bladder and he masturbated and sequentially urinated the viscous fluid out at oragsm-like intervals. There’s no doubt in my mind whatsoever that this explanation is the correct one.
The only thing exceptional about it is that (and every male knows this) it is very painful to start and stop the flow while urinating.
I was reading this and I have to see this for myself to get the whole perceptive. Thanks in advance.

Would it be beyond the bounds of acceptable behavior to post the website and directions to find the link, to lighten the burden on Doob to send out e-mails?

Not THAT painful, in fact stopping your urine flow while urinating is an exercise that is recomended for building up the muscles to control your orgasms and to make them stronger. Anyway, from what I heard (I have not seen the video, just read the descriptions) he only spurts when he has his hand pulled back to the base - maybe he is squeezing when he moves the hand forward to stop the flow, which would not be as uncomfortable as stopping the flow by use of internal muscles.
You’re thinking of the infamous Kegel excersise, and while you use the same muscles and same contractions that you do to stop the flow of urine, it is highly recommended that you do NOT do this while urinating. It can cause problems.
I’d just as soon the SD stay as far away from this video as possible.
