I haven’t seen the shot nor do I want to but as far as the chemotherapy issue, I can confirm that it does exist. The procedure is called cystoscopy with retrograde chemotherapy where the agent is instilled into the bladder. Since this usually done as an outpatient, I didn’t see this done in the hospital where I worked on an oncology floor for 10 years.
A foley catheter is inserted and the bladder is filled with the chemo and the tube is clamped for a certain period of time. Then the clamp is released, the bladder is drained and the tube is removed.

Being a woman, I really haven’t a clue about how much is considered the “normal” amount… but from sexual experience, past and present, I think the amount just varies… I have known guys who have had a minimal amount, and then there is my guy now… who lets just say has quite a bit of a heavier “load”. he is a smoker and not always the “healthiest” of eaters… so I am not sure how much difference that makes… all I know is that they all vary. I saw XXX rated Bloopers video once, it showed the fake cum & other things. 3cc is plenty but why are people concerned about how much there is? it only takes one little spermie to make a baby.
